Forest Floor is pleased to partner with the Toronto & Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) to offer a seasonal series of Forest Therapy Walks north of Toronto in the stunning Albion Hills Conservation Park.
Join us for one or both of these stress-relieving events:
February 24, 2024 – Winter Wonderland Forest Therapy Walk on Snowshoes
May 5, 2024 – Come Alive! Spring Forest Therapy Walk at Albion Hills

Forest Floor Upcoming Walks - Book below!
Public Forest Bathing Walks: open to the public, these 2.5 hour walks will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed! Fee is $40 per person, payable by e-transfer or cash. (limit of 10 participants per walk)
Refund Policy: A full refund will be provided if Forest Floor needs to cancel a walk in advance.
If it is necessary to cancel a walk after it is started due to hazardous weather or unforeseen conditions, a credit will be offered towards another walk.
